The recipe of this wonderful Tomato soup is highly inspired by Mansi’s Restaurant style tomato soup. When Archana announced One D Salad, I thought I will come up with some good sort of salad, since I always have simple sliced cucumber, radish, beetroot etc as salad or at the most, the gujrati style cucumber-tomato-onion chopped salad.
