Hi,
I love your site and I made this recipe recently. Thank you for sharing such a lovely recipe. The bread rolls came out great, utterly scrumptious. Thanks again. I have subscribed to your blog….
Hi,
I am planning to make this for a party at my home – will be making around 40-50 pieces. Is it ok, If I make the bread roll (just filling the potato mixture in bread and roll it) a day in advance – refrigerate it and then fry them on the next day? Will the bread hold the texture — Please advice if its ok to do this way – or alternatives if any.
Thanks
Poonam

I remember my mother used to make these sandwiches. And then one day she just dipped the whole sandwich in besan and deep fried it. That was quite a hit!
