Easy Pumpkin recipe, pressure cooked bhopla recipe
Ingredients
  • Petho(pumpkin) 250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Ginger
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder optional
  • Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
Method
  1. Peel and chop pumpkin
  2. Peel and finely chop onion
  3. Take some oil in pressure cooker, saute the onions till light brown in colour
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and mix well
  5. Add diced pumpkin, salt, dry masalas and mix well
  6. Now add a little of water and close the lid of pressure cooker, wait for two whistles.Put off the gas.
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with plain rice or roti or with sindhi dodo
