Easy Pumpkin recipe, pressure cooked bhopla recipe
- Petho(pumpkin) 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Green chillies 2-3
- Ginger
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder optional
- Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
- Peel and chop pumpkin
- Peel and finely chop onion
- Take some oil in pressure cooker, saute the onions till light brown in colour
- Then add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and mix well
- Add diced pumpkin, salt, dry masalas and mix well
- Now add a little of water and close the lid of pressure cooker, wait for two whistles.Put off the gas.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with plain rice or roti or with sindhi dodo
