It can give relief from stomach ache caused due to indigestion…ya kabhi bhaut zyada khaana kha liya ho toh bhi yeh le saktein hain. Chote bachon ko allopathy dawai na dekar, achi quality ki jwar ki tikki dein toh behtar hai.
Jwar ki tikki agar pure nahin hogi toh woh koi fayda nahin degi. Agar woh sirf shakkar aur artificial flavor se bani hogi toh fayde ki jagah nuksan bhi kar sakti hain..jaise ki blood sugar badh sakta hai, daant kharab ho saktein hain etc. Diabetes patients must consume this with caution.
