Soyabean does not have a good taste that is why it has not been very popular cuisine in India or abroad. The popular dish made out of Soybeans are: Tofu, Soya milk, oil and soya sauces and soya Granules. My personal view is that we sud go with the traditional way of cooking. I too cooked and has same founding that it does not absorb the spices n does not pay back the hard work of cooking.]]></description>
