					<description><![CDATA[I really love this recipe. But Vit C (which is abundant in Amla) is heat sensitive and will be destroyed easily during this boiling process. 
Alternatively, to preserve the natural ingredients like vit C in Amla, I usually marinate/ soak them in water with salt, chillipowder and turmeric. Only disadvantage in this is the use of excess salt (which is required for preservation).]]></description>
