Hi 

Sindhi khorak main ingredient is eating gum or gond. Depending upon your taste buds use Gud or sugar. Take equal amounts of pistachios badam walnut kaju and anjeer all dried.  Make a powder of all dried fruit. Mix hot ghee equal amounts and gud and some gum. Make thick 2inch flat on plates n cut diamonds shape while hot . Let set and cool. If you want you can add some wheat dough however that will not give a good lasting life only dry fruit will be both healthy and smart as it will give your khurak long life apx 3mnths.]]></description>
