No dear..infact if you add roasted vermicelli to the boiling milk, it wont splutter, while reverse is true if you add milk to vermicelli.It’s just that we are used to cooking like this and I love the way it sizzles when hot milk is poured over roasted vermicelli. I don’t think there should be any difference in taste though !
