No dear..infact if you add roasted vermicelli to the boiling milk, it wont splutter, while reverse is true if you add milk to vermicelli.It&#039;s just that we are used to  cooking like this and I love the way it sizzles when hot milk is poured over roasted vermicelli. I don&#039;t think there should be any difference in taste though !]]></description>
