What a fabulous blog you have. One of my friend, his Mom was a Sindhi. She used to make delicious Sindhi food and you reminded me of her. She used to make Aloo Paratha with raw chopped onions mixed in the aloo stuffing and fry it in ghee. And she would serve it with chutney and boondi raita.
