I am planning to make this for a party at my home - will be making around 40-50 pieces. Is it ok, If I make the bread roll (just filling the potato mixture in bread and roll it) a day in advance - refrigerate it and then &lt;strong&gt;fry them on the next day&lt;/strong&gt;? Will the bread hold the texture -- Please advice if its ok to do this way - or alternatives if any.
